Travel to the Island

From NYC:

Recommend flying through Miami, Atlanta, or FLL to North Eleuthera.

Alternatively, you can fly directly to Nassau and connect to North Eleuthera via puddle jumper planes flown by Southern Air, Bahamasair and Pineapple Air.

From Cincinnati:

Recommend flying through ATL or CLT directly to North Eleuthera.

Alternatively, you can fly directly to Nassau and connect to North Eleuthera via puddle jumper planes flown by Southern Air, Bahamasair and Pineapple Air.

✈ North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) is a 5 minute water taxi to Harbour Island.

You will take a 5 minute cab ride from the airport to the boat dock, approximately, then a 5 minute water taxi ride. You do not need to arrange this in advance, they run all day!

✈ Nassau Airport (LPIA) is a 2.5 hour ferry to Harbor Island and has direct flights from most major east coast cities. Check flights schedules though to be sure that this works for timing! This runs on a pretty limited schedule but could be a more affordable option, so check departure times on Fridays and Sundays to be sure.

Travel on Island

Having a golf cart is the best (and most fun) way to get around the island!
